The course is divided into two sections:

Pillar I

  • Master your vowel clarity (demonstrated on pre & post-assessments)

  • Use vowels to improve the clarity and meaning of technical message

  • Understand how vowels are the key to meaningful human connections

  • Implement a cross-cultural communication style for effective thought leaders

  • Learn how to implement the equation Credibility + Visibility = Thought Leader in your career


Pillar II

This course is carefully designed to  maximize scheduling flexibility while addressing the narrow gaps that advanced, non-native, English-speaking engineers and technical professionals commonly demonstrate.  

In the in-depth free Needs Assessment meeting and the Pre-assessment meeting (after registration), I will assess your communication style. Based on these two assessments, as well as your own insights, you and I will choose 6 workshops from a buffet of one-hour training workshops offered in Pillar II to create a customized program for you!

Your program will address the narrow gaps within your communication style - like two puzzle pieces. Mastering these narrow gaps will complete the puzzle so that you can be perceived by others as the thought leader that you are.

However, if you should decide to cancel your training program, we will happily provide a refund for the unused portion of your Training Agreement minus a 10% administrative fee.
